This s to notify all the applicants that applied for admission into the Zamfara State University, Talata-Mafara – ZAMSUT first-degree programmes in the 2022/2023 academic year that their admission is out online to check.

How to Check ZAMSUT Admission List
ZAMSUT UTME and direct entry applicants can now check their admission status on the NOTICE BOARD within the school premises.
All successfully admitted applicants are urged to:
Log on to your JAMB Central Admission Processing System (CAPS) and ACCEPT your admission.
Print your JAMB admission letter after accepting the admission.
Print your original JAMB result slip (this comes with passport photography on to it).
Apply for a change of course on the JAMB Portal in case you are given a course different from the ones you initially applied for.
OR, ZAMSUT newly admitted students can also check you ZAMSUT admission status on the JAMB admission list checking portal by following the process listed below:
Login the JAMB admission portal at https://portal.jamb.gov.ng/efacility_/.
Login to your Jamb profile with your username and password respectively.
Scroll down then find and click the ‘Check Admission Status‘ tab.
Choose your Exam year and enter your registration number in the required column.
Lastly, click on ‘Check Admission Status‘ to access your ZAMSUT admission status.
NB: This article maybe be edited immediately after the admission list is available on the university website.
You will be able to follow the process listed below once the list is uploaded to the university website.
Visit the university admission portal at http://www.sis.zamsut.edu.ng/
Provide your Username and Password in the needed columns (your JAMB registration is your username and password respectively)
Click on the “Applicant” tab and then click on “Evidence of Admission” to go to your ZAMSUT admission status.

Brief History Zamfara State University
Zamfara State University is a public higher learning institution in Talata Mafara, Zamfara State, Nigeria. It was founded in 2018 by the former governor of Zamfara State, Abdul’aziz Yari for the expansion of higher learning education in the state.
On January 4th, 2015, the Federal University Gusau Library opened its doors at the institution’s permanent site with just over 4,000 books and 265 publications (local and international). The majority of the gifts for the collection came from Book Aid for Africa and the Sir Emeka Offor Foundation, followed by contributions from Prof. A. D. Forbes and Allen Forbes, the Gusau Institute, and a few other well-known organizations and people.
As of now, the main library is housed in the newly constructed Multipurpose Hall, which is close to the University Medical Center and the Faculty of Humanities & Education. 3 faculties and 17 departments within the university are served by the library. Even as a young library, we can already boast of a collection that includes about 21,686 amount of books and about 1,555 amount of periodicals/serials, which are made up of domestic and international journals, newsletters, magazines, bulletins, and other publications.
