The Emile Boutmy Scholarship 2023/24 | Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Emile Boutmy Scholarship, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Applicants must be first-time applicants from a state outside the European Union whose household does not file tax returns within the European Union.
- Must be admitted to an eligible bachelor’s or master’s degree program at Sciences Po.
- Must demonstrate excellent academic credentials with proven leadership skills.
- Applicants must have obtained a relevant bachelor’s degree from a recognized higher education institution if they are applying for a master’s scholarship.
- Applicants for the undergraduate scholarship must have obtained relevant certificates required for admission into Sciences Po.

Application procedures
How to apply: Interested and qualified candidates for the undergraduate and graduate scholarship should indicate that they are applying for the Emile Boutmy scholarship in the “Financial Information” section of their Sciences Po application.
Applicants should note that they may be asked to provide proof of income and documents explaining their family status (for example, income tax return for both parents, pay slips, divorce certificate, unemployment benefits, documents relating to alimony, child support or old-age pensions, death certificate…). Applicants must also attach their language test, if applicable, before the scholarship application deadline.
