The mobile telecommunications company last week announced its partnership with Ultima Studios to bring a global TV game show, “Family Feud,” to Nigeria.
The reality game show, which will air from October 7, 2022, will feature several families who will compete by guessing the most popular answers to a series of questions.
A former Big Brother Naija housemate, Bisola Aiyeola, was also announced as the host of the show.
The Chief Digital Officer, MTN Nigeria, Aisha Umar-Mumuni stated that the show will be a way to engage the participating families as well as the viewers. She said: “The show will give people another opportunity to bond. It will be informative, provide comic relief and show the personalities of different families from generation to generation.”
For his part, Ultima Studios Chief Executive Officer Femi Ayeni noted that “family” in the context of the show could include nuclear relatives, friends from work, or even neighbors, as long as the relationship binds people together. . The show also has exciting prizes for winning viewers who participate in a game trivia that will take place while the show airs.
